Hi
I have a client that is trying to update their STP Phase 2 settings and keeps getting the following error:
Something went wrong:
Try refreshing your browser. If the issue persists, contact MYOB support.
I have no issues logging in with a different login and on a different computer.

If the issue does not persist on your end, I would suggest the user open the software in an incognito browser to rule out any browser-related issues.
If the issue persists, they may not have the appropriate permissions to make these changes.
