Essentials reports not loading

When will the issue with the Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet & General Ledger reports not loading be resolved please?  This has been ongoing since yesterday and it is extremely frustrating.

I am having same problems also - clearly they don't have the server capability to keep up with year end processing ??

Hi @leab and @markbones 

 

We are aware that some users are experiencing performance and longer than ideal load times with the MYOB Essentials platform. This typically can be seen in the reporting section but other windows can be impacted. Our teams are working through the root cause and planning a long-term fix to be implemented once we are out of the financial year period. In the meantime, our teams are monitoring the situation.

However we will never be out of the financial year period if we can't process our financial year stuff as the reports just won't open !

Somehow we need a fix now ?

Hi Tracey, thank you for your reply.

We really need this to be a priority and fixed now please.

This issue is holding up our work as we have been unable to run reports for 2 days now.

MYOB needs to do better.

I cannot load the bank reconciliation in one clients' file and cannot print bank recs in a different file. Hope this problem is solved soon as lots to to for EOY.

I am having trouble accessing all reports, reconciliation and transaction pages. The fact that this accounitng software cannot handle the processing levels of EOY ludicrous. and to then get a response as we will look at ficing it after the peak period!! I will be lodging a complaint for reimbursement for a system i cannot use

It would be nice if we had some communication from MYOB as to when the issue will be resolved. It has been a couple of days now and nothing except that they are working on it.
