Estimated Accrued Annual Leave vs Annual Leave Entitlement

Estimated Accrued Annual Leave vs Annual Leave Entitlement

If Annual Leave entitlement is set to 170.00hrs fixed per year in the employees setup, however current Estimated Annual Leave Accrued Since Anniversary is 186.35hours reflected on payslip - how does this work? Does the accrued amount not roll over to Actual annual Leave entitlement once it gets to 170.00hrs/next anniversary date?

The Estimated Accrued Annual Leave value is a calculated value based on some conditions and therefore is an estimated value. 

When the employee reaches their Anniversary date the full annual entitlement will roll over, not the estimated value.
