Final Pay for NZ Part Time employee

I have read your available articles online and could not find what I am looking for.

We have a permanent part time employee who worked for us for less then three months who has now decided to resign with an estimated annual leave accrued since anniversary of 10.98 hours.

How can we process his final payment accurately in MYOB Essentials Payroll?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Our Help Article Processing a final pay has instructions on how this is processing in your software. The Estimated leave annual leave should appear in the calculation window, does it appear for you ?

Hi Melisa,

Our subscription of MYOB Essential Payroll does not give us that option. The instructions you have refered us to does not match the dashboard we have access too. The drop down within the dashboard we have access to only has the following list in this order.

Enter pay

Employees

IRD monthly returns

Payday filing

Past pay runs

Payroll summaries

Pay items

Hi @JT23, 

The final pay option should appear in the pay run screen when selecting the employee > add holidays or leave > final pay option. Can you locate this ?
