Final Pay

I run a small business with my husband, we have recently got big enough to need a few employees.

What i didn't know, is that when they are fired or they leave I have to process a "final pay"

They have all been casual, so no leave entitlements owed. I just paid them what they worked and entered a termination date on their employee card....

it wasnt untill I started reading through all the end of payroll year info that I read about the final pay thing.


Is this going to be a problem?
