I want to give a staff member access to the InTray

I am still learning how to use MYOB Business Light, and can't find step by step instructions for how to let someone send invoices to the intray via the app, as they do quite a bit of the spending. They can download the app, but what level of access do I need to give them? I don't want them to have too much access to change things in the accounts, I just want them to be able to give me invoices easily. Also, do I need to give them access in 2 places - I seem to need to add them via the Dashboard, and also via my.MYOB ?

Thanks for your post. You can invite the user via your MYOB Business account (Essentials), our help article Inviting a user to your MYOB business has information and instructions on how to do this. Additionally, our help article Users has information on the Roles and permissions access information. You would look at setting the users role to purchases to have access to the purchases window and In Tray.
