Thanks for your post.

 

Over the weekend of 8 to 9 October the Inland Revenue has updated their authentication service. You will need your myIR user ID and password the first time you log in after the update.

 

MyIR account owners are authorised to make changes to myIR access and roles. You will need to know who the myIR account owner is. For non-individuals this is normally for a company - a director or an executive office holder.

 

If you are not sure on your myIR user ID and password I would recommend getting in touch with the IRD.
