Invoice due date MYOB Essentials

I have my template under sales settings for 7 days from invoices.

Why are my invoices going out as 14 days  from invoices date.

I have to keep adjusting it at invoice time.

Surely this is not a big ask to sort this out so it will stick to what is set in sales settings.

Please respond with a fix.

This is just another basic annoyance that shouldnt happen and didnt before the "upgrade"

You keep increasing the subscriptions but it gets worse !!

Hi @TCR

 

Our teams are aware of an issue with the default payment terms changing when selecting a customer, we do have a script that we can run over your file to resolve this. Can you please send me a private message with your product serial number, full name and email address and confirmation on the terms that you need set so I can arrange this for you. 

 

 

Update: Script has been run over company file
