I had all my accounts reconciled with no problems up til about January 2023. Since the upgrade everything is out of wack. Its frustrating and wasting my time. We shouldn't have to go back redo our bank rec's. some of mine are from 2020, 2019. All was up to date until essentials did the upgrade.
Also i have a problem with all the payments i made through super portal not carried over to employees super payments. Then had troubles trying to find out how to access these records.
I sent myob a message but still haven't from any myob representatives. My accountant tried to help, he had records of all my accounts that were all to date. Will myob pay my accountants bill?

we have had the same issue adn we issue 20+ invoices a day somtimes for large ammounts
zero repsonse from MYOB, we are in the process of changing to xero and so are many people in the same boat, sick of the issues and no support

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear about your experience.
If you've received an email or in-product message that MYOB Essentials will be soon upgraded, we ask for users to complete any saved bank recs in MYOB Essentials. In MYOB Essentials there's the option to select transactions for reconciliation and save those selections. If these saved recs aren't completed they won't be migrated during the upgrade, meaning that the reconciliation will need to be re-checked and transactions reselected in the upgraded software. If this wasn't completed, it would result in unreconciled transactions. In this case, you will need to reconcile again.
Previous Super transactions that were processed can still be accessed in the Super Portal. Our developers are still working on transferring data from Super Portal to Pay Super. Moving forward, you will need to set up Pay Super to process super directly from MYOB which is by going to the Payroll Menu >> Super payments.

I read that we had to make sure we selected complete reconciliation prior to doing upgrade and so i made sure all of my recs were upto date before doing the upgrade. But they aren't matching since the upgrade. In regards to the super i know i have to pay all superpayments via pay super but it says no other super has been paid for an employee that has worked for us for over 4 years as his were paid through the super portal. So glad we don't have alot of employees as it would be a headache for companies trying to work out what super has or hasn't been paid.
Top it off now, my myob is now saying something went wrong try refreshing your browser, if issue persists contact myob support. Also it says under my account, i have 3 myob accounts?

I appreciate your patience in this matter. Before the upgrade, reminders were sent to Complete Reconciliation before the upgrade. If you were able to only Save it, it is possible that it would not through after the upgrade. If it's unreconciled, you will have to reconcile it again.
You can still open your Super Portal to check your paid super in the past. Some of it might still show as unpaid in the new upgrade which is known by the team. Our developers' team is still working on merging both data to pay super to have all the information in there. In the meantime, you may filter out the dates to see the recent ones that you need to process only.
Regarding the 3 accounts, if you mean a list of businesses when you click Switch Business or after signing in, then these are accounts that you have access to. Also, please let me know if you're still unable to log in. You may refresh and clear the cache of your browser or try another browser as well.

All of my accounts were reconciled to January 2023.
I was under the impression if you completed the bank rec you wouldn't have to save the progress as its completed!
So even if our accounts had completed bank recs and everything balanced up to January 2023, did we have to go back through them all back to 2018 click save progress??
