Lost bank feeds

Bank feeds were working well until today. Since the upgrade we had initial issues but none since. I have many accounts and transactions and today nothing apprears on my feed.

There is no one to contact anymore. the chat has been removed and when things like this happens there is no one to help.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had that experience, please try manually clicking on 'Get Bank Transactions' now, and check if the missing transactions are downloaded.

 

If the transaction is still missing, please send me a Private Message containing the following:

 

  • full name
  • business name
  • serial number
  • BSB & account number or last four digits of your card

I clicked the private message and it went to you page but it was still public. How do I contact you?

Also, there is not button named 'get Bank feeds'
