MYOB Essentials payday filing "There is a problem displaying payday filed payruns"

Hi

Is anyone else having an issue with MYOB payroll?  I am not able to proceed with payroll.  When clicking on the final step "Looks Good" button, nothing happens.  I thought perhaps something had gone wrong with the IRD connection, but when I go into the payday filing section to review the settings all I get are errors.  There is nothing on the MYOB status page and its not been responding for several hours now.  I have tried a different browser and cleared the cache, nothing is working.

No fix yet, have sent a support request to MYOB. Im a partner and it's not affecting all of my clients, just some. Wondering if it has something to do with MYOB upgrading clients from essentials to business 🤷🏻‍♀️

Is there anyone from MYOB support that can help me?? I have been transferred 4 times to different MYOB departments, now on the phone for 90 minutes and counting.  I have already sent payroll support requests  and only receive automated replies advising that it will be 3 business days to respond.  For a payroll product this is shocking support.  My clients are potentially going to inclur IRD penalties for late filing if I cant file their payroll, I guess I will need to go old school and file it manually with the IRD?

I have managed to contact MYOB support via their 0508 number, they were able to walk me through a temporary fix until MYOB resolve this issue.

This was the instructions provided by MYOB as a work around for the issue:

From MYOB:
 

• client has to add a separate email under users then set it up as Admin user 
• the new email will accept the invite.  
• after logging in using new email they have to delete the old email by clicking the "x" button beside  
• while still logged in using the new email, they need to re-invite the old email but set it up as an Administrator 
• they have to accept the invite being sent on old email and set up a password  
• after being logged in using the old email double check on users that the old email was set up as administrator user then process the payroll 
• after processing the payroll double check the pay item tab and payday filing if it's not keep on loading then ask client if they prefer to delete the new email on users or not

I am experiencing exactly the same problem. I also cannot load deductions or earnings. It is very stressful and frustrating.
