Manual adjustment annual leave via payroll

Dear Colleagues

I need to do a manual adjustment of 53 hours of annual leave to the annual leave amount for 1 of our fulltime employees. Several mistakes have been made in the past by putting in annual leave rather than public holiday leave when there were public holidays taken in lieu on other days of the week.

I dont want to go back several years and adjust the opening balance of annual leave in the file and have to delete and re-run all the payrolls.

I wanted to make a manual adjustment in the current payroll to fix the mistake.

I created a leave item "Annual Leave Manual Adjustment" and linked it to the Wage item "Annual Leave Pay" and linked it to the particular employee.

When I go to run the payroll and bring up the Annual Leave Manual Adjustment, I get the following error -

I have been online to the MYOB chat and been through several people who clearly don't know how to help me!

Any advice would be very gratefully received.

If you're still getting the error message can you please attach a screenshot of the error and the leave item you're using so I can look into this further?
