Missing bank transaction

I have a bank transaction that is not appearing on my bank feed - although MYOB shows that my transactions are out of balance on my Bank feeds page. (by that amount)

I can confirm from my bank statement that the transaction went through (it is a weekly transfer), I can confirm that I have searched for the transaction in case it's hiding but cannot locate it.

I have also looked at the previous reconciliation and it reads correctly.

How do I rectify this please?

* Serial number
* Company name
* Missing transaction Date.
