Two issues.
1- I'm missing one day of bank feeds from earlier in Jan.
2- I've been trying for days to use the call and use the live chat to correct this but after entering all my info into live chat it seems stuck on "Thanks! Let's get you through to the MYOB Business team." Then nothing. I've tried dozens of times and lost hours on this. I've also called and just get stuck on hold with no updates on wait times, progressing etc.
