I've been trying to invite my accountant to view my accounts, and I've just figured out they can't access them because they're not a MYOB partner???
This is a ridiculous limitation on your software. I moved from Xero to MYOB to make my life easier, and now I have to go through and manually send all my accounting info to my accountant?
I pay a monthly subscription to use this software, I don't see why my accountant needs to too.

Thanks for your post. To allow your accountant access to your file you can invite them as a user and then assign them the Administrator or Accountant/Bookkeeper role.

An accountant advisor does need to be an MYOB partner and is different to a regular user as they can allow multiple people in their business to access your file without requiring user accounts for each person. They still do need to be invited to access your file and their email domain must match the advisor's.

Thank you, although you might want to add this sort of detail to your invite advisor/user pages, explaining the differences, as it is not obvious.
