My accountant invited me, what next?

Hi there

My accountant uses myob.

I asked for log on details from them, they sent an invitation.

I accepted the invite but don't have a password to log in.

My accountant says i need to create a password.

I'm not sure how?

Thanks for your post.

I see the email address you are using on the forum is linked to an Essentials file. It looks like you already have an existing account with us. Have you tried logging in via app.myob.com? If you can't remember your password, click on Forgotten your password.
