My business is not showing in my login

I am starting a new business, and after logging in, I do not see my business name.

Hi @katgohsl 

 

I wasn't able to find any accounts based on the email address you used to log into the Forum with. Perhaps you have used a different email address to sign up for that Business with? If so, you would be looking at using that to log into it.

 

If no other email address could have been used, we would be able to review your account if you have a client ID or serial number or the company name that was used to register that. Due to the sensitive nature do feel free to send me a private message on this Forum with that information.
