Hi @USCrita

 

It's great to have you here in the Community Forum.

 

In this matter, I would make sure that you are using the same email address that you do use to log into the Forum with.

 

If you are still unable to see that business, my recommendation would be to clear your browser's cache and/or try a different browser. In addition to that, I would ensure you are using the appropriate login page - this can be done by navigating to the MYOB website and selecting Sign in>>MYOB Essentials.

  • Serial Number
  • First and Last Name
  • Company Name
