Since the new and improved essentials access I have not been able to log in!! Really inconvienent days before BAS lodgement date!! I get the ERROR 'Sorry, but it looks like you are forbidden to access this resource. Please check permissions and try again.
Well I did all that and deleted browsing history but to no avail.
It appears that others are having similar problems. It a shame that MYOB didn't properly test their changes & have caused massive inconvience. Yes I'm stressed out!!

Apparantly you need to be setup as an employee in AO. Being setup as a Partner with full access is not enough!

Sorry to hear you are having difficulty accessing the new partner dashboard. From the error message it seems that your email address may not have sufficient access to partner.myob.com.
In this case, please do contact our Partner Support team via 1300 555 117, they have the access and tools to check it further, and resolve it for you.
