Partner Dashboard

Hi there,

I am wanting to know how we can remove client business from the partner dashboard? Have searched and people have said to select the x next to the file name but that seems to be for the old dashboard. Is there something we can do to remove or do we need to contact our account manager?

Re: Partner Dashboard

Hi @David-NgLam

Depending on what type of product is being used by that business would depend on the method:

For AccountRight files: you would look at having your access revoked to the company file as per Help Article: Invite a user to an online file - How do I resend or cancel an invitation? If the client is not able to revoke that invitation you would be looking at contacting our phone-based team to remove that access on your behalf.

For MYOB Essentials businesses: If you do have an MYOB Essentials Partner Dashboard (which is less than likely) this can be removed via this channel.  Should you have an MYOB Essentials Partner Dashboard you can log into it by logging into MYOB Essentials (as you would normally) and selecting that business from the My Businesses list. If you don't have that MYOB Essentials Partner Dashboard the business would need to be removed by our Partner Support phone-based teams. An MYOB Essentials Partner Dashboard looks like the following and are highly rare:
