I cannot login online partner dashboard partner.myob.com to access the MYOB essentials files, nor from direct MYOB AO, Live. It comes up with the same message.
Is it my computer problem or the server?

We are aware of some cases of clients encountering issues with the Partner Dashboard today (23/10/2019). We've raised a ticket with the team who are currently investigating. I've passed on your situation as an example of what is occurring.

There is a change made to Essentials Partner Dashboard today, it is replaced by the new dashboard.
You should be able to log into partner.myob.com, and access your Essentials clients via the Transaction Processing page of MYOB Practice. If you are unable to do so, please do contact our Partner support team 1300 555 117, they'll be able to assist further.
