Pay Super One Cent Verification

Hi,

I tried to sign up to pay super from AccountRight. I have entered all the info and I am at now up to the field where it asks for the verification code (the 1 cent deposit from MYOB with the 6-digit code in the transaction detail).

I have not yet received the one cent in the bank account and am wondering what to do next or whether the one cent could be processed again checking the bank details.

Thank you for your post. 

It is usually the next day when the 1 cent is deposited into your nominated bank account, however, it can take up to 3 business days.

It has been one month now and we have not yet received the 1 cent.

Are you able to check if this was deposited into the correct bank account?

So that I can look into this, could you please send me a private message with the following details:

• Serial number
• Business name
• Your name + email 

Update 20/6 - Resolved via PM - 1 Cent verification code found and entered successfully.
