Hi,
I have searched around and seen that this issue seems to pop up for a number of people - tried to call the support team like the others to no avail.
We have the verification code and received the $0.01 however receive the error:
"Sorry, we're not ready to verify your bank account at the moment, please try again later"
Any assitance would be great (*wink wink nudge nudge mods*)
