Myob Business is just horrible. Why is everything so difficult in our oh so modern world today? Upgrading was once a simple process but I'm feeling silly right now.
Please help me to understand how to upgrade from MYOB business to Myob Account right.

In this regard, I understand that you wanted to migrate from MYOB Business to AccountRight. However, migrating from MYOB Business to AccountRight is not allowed. Because we can't create a back up file from any browser-based product. The only migration that is allowed is if you are using AccountRight and you want to move to MYOB Business Pro or any browser-based product.

Hmmmm interesting. I thought you said Myob was committed to giving me a fantastic experience and you are here to help.
Your response indicates neither. Where in the rules does it state this move is not allowed?
Computer says NO. What if I rephrased my question... I'd like to upgrade from your $55per month product to your $136 per month product please.
