This has been happening for sometime, cannot finalise EOFY figures, most frustrating, I have tried support, it is a joke ( LACK of Support).. definately looking at other options, as unsatisfied with system continually failing.

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this. We had reports of system performance being stabilised yesterday, but as it has recurred, we've raised this with the relevant teams. Further updates regarding this will be posted on our status page.

As this is an ongoing problem for three weeks, with many hours waiting on phone with no resolution, when will this be rectified, ?

This is beyond ridiculous!!!  How long until its fixed????  We have EOFY to do and we can't!.  Employees need to do their tax!  How about a discount when we pay for a program that we cant even use!
