When will statements in Essentials be cutomisable? i.e activity type customer statements for a customised date/period of time.
A customer wants to see all their invoices/payments credits since July 2020 and this is not possible in Essentials which I find quite concerning. Such a basic feature. Is this likely to be implemented soon?
Doesn't look like we can change over to Account Right either as it is not Mac friendly!

If you go to reports - all reports - scroll down to sales reports - customer invoices- you should be able to get a report showing the invoices issued

Thank you - but how do I get a "statement" for a client that shows all sales, payments and credits applied for a specified period?
I want this to be an official statement that goes to a client. I cannot believe it is not an option in Essentials and would like to know if it will be added as an option?

The original MYOB Essentials will produce an invoice-style statement that will show the outstanding invoices and any partial payments attached to them.
As we do appreciate that users and their customers do like more flexibility, this is an area that has been reviewed for the newer MYOB Essentials platform that we are developing. With this newer platform, you would be able to produce an activity-style statement that will show you all transactions for a period done on the customer's card (i.e. would show invoices, payments, credits for that period). Users of the original MYOB Essentials platform will be migrated across to that newer platform in due course.

Migration of our Original MYOB Essentials users to the Newer MYOB Essentials platform is underway with a large number of users having been migrated. There will be some businesses that we have yet to migrate, these would be migrated in due course. These users should receive in-product messaging and direct emails provide to their migrations.
