Hi there

 

It has been noted that the bank transaction details on the bank fields is not getting loaded since 29th March. Although there are trasnactions on 30th and 31st March, those details have not yet been updated on the bank field. Please assist me to rectify this issue.

Thank you for your post. We received a report regarding Bank Feeds not pulling through into MYOB software.

Apologies for the inconvenience. The cause of the outage has been resolved and Bank Feeds data should be available.

Please let me know if you are still having an issue with your Bank Feeds.
