Recently Upgraded and reconciliation now doesn't balance

Since the recent ugrades my bank reconcilliation is showing out of balance and my calculated balance on bank transactions is drastically wrong. I have gone back and undone all of my previous reconcilliations right back to when i opened the my transaction account in July 2018 and the problem is still there. Please help this has only happened since the recent upgrade. Thanks
