Reconciliation page not loading

Reconciliation page not loading

MYOB Essentials bank reconciliation page is taking forever to load and then comes up with an error message, saying there's a system error and to contact support.

We are aware of issues with Essentials that affected loading pages such as the bank reconciliation. Overnight we have performed urgent maintenance to improve the services.
