I have Payroll only online ($10p/m) and have just put on a 5th worker. Can I add just one more? (pay obviously)
Otherwise... (here's where it gets difficuilt!) We also have AccountRight Plus on a desktop computer but we dont want the file online, so entered the pay seperately.
We pay the $130 a month for that and have unlimited workers for payroll... but now to process the pays online have had to sign up for essentials - another $62 p/m.
A consultant said we could just swap serial numbers online so we can access our privliges but now IT is saying no.
Has anyone come across any solutions so im not paying for 2 products im not utilising?
Note: When we signed up in May, these two seperate Serial numbers were meant to be merged but werent... so feel asthough i shouldnt have to pay for the $62?
Help! I have been on the phone for 2 weeks, each call every day over 2 hours, and they purposely hang up on me when it gets too hard. I'm 110% friendly and open to ideas! SOOOO frustrated! Thinking of puting payroll STP with reckon?
