Salary Sacrifice 100% super

One of our casual Employees has requested 100% salary sacrifice to super.

When I enter his wage, his net pay is $0, however when I record the wage a message appears to "void" or "cancel".

I pressed "void" & wage doesn't record.

How do I overcome this issue?

Apologies for the delayed response. 

In AccountRight if it's a $0 pay, it does prompt you whether you wish to void the paycheque or not. You are on the right track of clicking 'OK' to void it, then proceed to record this $0 pay. If you encounter any error when recording the pay, please do let us know.
