Single Touch Payroll reporting

Hello,

I'm using MYOB Essential and would like to upgrade to STP2, told by MYOB staff over the phone that i need to upgrade the platform by going to Payroll Dropdown Menu > Single Touch Payroll Reporting > Click "Get Started", however i can't see Single Touch Payroll Reporting option from Payroll Dropdown menu, it only shown Payroll Reporting, i clicked on it but there is no green "Get Started" button, please advise and thank you!

Thank you for your post. 

You are in the older version of Essentials, and this version does not include STP 2. However, we are currently moving all old essential users over to the new platform. Once your file has been upgraded, you will also see the option to move to STP Phase 2. 

We are unable to advise when the upgrade will occur in your file, however, do reach out if you had any further queries or concerns.
