Subscription Upgrade not working

Subscription Upgrade not working

I have tried to upgrade to Accounting + Payroll about 10 times.  It won't allow me or process subscription upgrade.

I have tried this from the Business Name Subscription section.  Just keeps bumping me out with no change.

Yes. I have same issue and after many calls and emails and waiting I was finally advised that upgrading from the oks Essentials files is not possible. Myob are selling us the product yet CANNOT deliver nor provide any timeframe on the migration process. So basically you need to either wait for them to finally be able to offer products they have as being for sale for an indefinite period or you need to purchase a completely new file. This then means possibly days of work setting up customer, supplier and employee card files, not to mention balances including leave for employees, budgets you have inputted, job codes, gst codes, rules etc but also losing all that history and comparison functionality. 
It also means that if you are like me I would never charge a client for that work so potentially costing me thousands that I am unable to recouperate. It's no fault of the client so I don't believe in charging them, it is utterly disgraceful service from MYOB. Not only are they the dearer software but the customer service is disgraceful as is the lack of communication to not only us as partners but obviously to their own staff as it took me weeks to actually be told why my upgrades had not worked and that they have no estimated date for migration process to be finalised and implemented.

An MYOB Essentials business subscription can be upgraded by selecting the Business Name Menu>>Subscription details before selecting the desired product level. Our Help Article: Viewing and editing subscription details and payment details for more information on that subject.

 

If you are encountering an error with that situation or it doesn't appear to have worked as expected getting the MYOB Essentials serial number* would be ideal for us to investigate in more detail. Due to privacy reasons do feel free to send me that serial number in a Forum private message.

 

*MYOB Essentials serial number located at the bottom of the Business Name Menu (top right)
