Hi,
I can see employees timesheets on the desktop myob employess admin page but they arent appearing on the mobile apps.
Can you help please.

So we can investigate this further, can you please clarify if they are not appearing on individual employee app's or the admin portal on your end?

Please check if the timesheets preference is enabled under Payroll Settings > General payroll information > Select Use timesheets to track employee hours
Once the preference has been enabled, users will need to create a new location. Enabling this preference will not update any existing locations within the app. After creating the new location, remember to add the appropriate approving manager and invite all appropriate employees to the new location.
If there are any pending timesheets to be approved on old location either complete the approval or ask employees to resubmit on new location.
Let us know if they are still not available.

Hi,
I've deleted old location and added a new one. I have assigned manager and added employees. Still no timesheets on app.
On a side note I couldn't even enter an address on the new office but thats a minor problem at the moment.

I've just searched for other threads on this question. There were some from October 2021! How hasn't this been retified? Those people didnt seem to get theirs fixed either, they were just told to sign in /out and unistall the app.

This issue can be caused due to multiple reasons and is usually specific to the file and the device. If re-adding the location has not worked, please try clearing AccountRight cache on the computer as it will resync the connection between the mobile app and the file and timesheets should start appearing.

I have this same issue, however how is clearing the cache on my computer going to help my employees using the app on their mobile device?
They can't see what they have entered. I don't have the issue as I can see what they have entered. They don't see ANYTHING.

I had to use another app for invoicing, quotes and timesheets because it just wasn't working. MYOB is only for my book keeping now. I'm sorry MYOB but you've been really poor at sorting these type of problems out and you are going to loose customers.
