To automate invoices from another MYOB user

I think there is a glitch linking invoices from another MYOB user as I'm unable to do so.

I do have two MYOB accounts and it is only liking to the top one.

Thanks for reaching out. 

May I know if this is an issue with your email address not being able to access invoicing for your account. If it is please send me a private message containing your:

• Serial number 
• Full name and email address
• Company name 

If it isn't how i understand it please confirm which screen the error comes from.

I have two company files linked to the same serial number (6119 1590 7562).  It's only allowing me to select to top one (Machinery) and I use the Tree file more. I have been able to do this in the past.

I have also notice that when entering an invoice that I have linked it is adding a line item called tax which is adding an additional amount to the total of the invoice.

As for your concern, Could you please try accessing the file that you are unable to access, as I have done some troubleshootings here?

I am having the exact problem.  I have 2 company files under the same subscription  and it will only link the invoice to the first company which I don't want.  It has never been an issue in the past.  How do I fix this please?

Thanks for posting your concern in the forum. 

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties with Intray documents. In my understanding, you are only able to choose one of the two businesses you have for a certain serial number. 

May I know how you upload your file to the Intray?

Hi ,

My query related to linking invoices to MYOB from clients who also use MYOB when I have 2 company files under the same serial number.  

1. I click the "link to MYOB" on the client invoice
2. Sign in to MYOB
3. Then you see my 2 companies
4. It will not allow me to choose my 2nd company - it defaults to the first one.

This has never been an issue in the past.  Can you assist please.
