Unable to email documents to MYOB In tray

I have been unable to email any documents to the In Tray.  This has stopped working in the last month.

This is all documents over the last month or so.

I can drag the document from the email to the in tray successfully.

I have never had any issues with the email process in the past.

Thanks for your post.

 

I am not aware of this issue with sending emails to the In Tray currently. 

 

Have you checked the following:

  • Clear the cache of your browser
  • Temporarily disable any Anti virus software
  • Does it work when you sent 1 file at a time?

Also have you checked the attachments:

  • documents can't be bigger than 10MB in size
  • documents must be in one of these formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIFF, TIF, or PNG
  • the email doesnt exceed 10 attachments
  • the combined file size is below 20MB

Have you tried to reset the email to generate a new In tray email address? Note: The old email address will stop working, so remember to let your suppliers know about the change.

I have new zip software and it was automatically zipping all attachments.  This meant that MYOB was not recognising them.

I have just adjusted the software to stop this automatic function.
