Hi Jozen
Do you mean that the super salary sacrifice is not showing on the P&L?
If that is correct the super salary sacrifice is not an expense to the company and will only be seen as a liability in the balance sheet
To check how the pay is allocated select the employee pay entry, and on the top left hand side next to print is journal.
This shows how the pay is allocated in the general ledger - you will see that SGC super is there as an expense ( and a liability) but the sal sac is just a liabilty
Hope this helps

Hi Lisa, @LRBooks61
If the employee was paid $1,000 and decides to super sacrifice $1,000, I can see the $1,000 in liability which I clear when I pay the super. My issue is that $1,000 is not being added to Wages and Salaries (expense) in the P&L.
However, if the employee was paid $1,000 and decides to super sacrifice only $900, I can see the $1,000 being added to Wages and Salaries (expense) in the P&L and the $900 in liability.
It seems the issue only happens if your deductions is 100% (or equal) to the employee wage.
Note that I did not include SGC in both examples as this works fine. Another note is that my issue is not only with super sacrifice, it is also on other deductions such as loan payments. etc.
Best Regards
Jozen

Hi @LRBooks61
I have attached the Pay transactions for Employee 1 and 2 as well as Wages and Salaries from the P&L.
All the credits in the payrol transaction appeared on the liabilities in the balance sheet. The SCG debit appeared on the P&L under 6-1300 Other Employer Expense.
The wages DID NOT appear on the 6-1100 Wages & Salaries on the P&L. I attached the a screenshot of this and only employee 3 and 4 appears here.
Thank you for looking into this. I hope we can resolve this as it is inflating my P&L statement.
Regards
Jozen

Hi @LRBooks61
I have attached it again. This is only showing employee 3 and 4 and not the 2 with deductions.
