Hi Ive have an employee that has created an account for yourpay but is getting an error come up saying the numbers dont add up and to retry. The same error comes up when retried. How do we fix this?

Thanks for your post. Generally this error message means that's the employee details are incomplete. I would double check the employees details in their set up, complete them if needed, then re-invite the employee to YourPay.
