can I go back to the old version of essentials

I have 3 businesses , two are on the old essentials systems which works great , and the new business is on the new online platform which I dont like and is flaky.

 

I want to have the buiness transfer to the old platform how do i do this ? Any ideas anyone ???

I'm sorry to hear that you are not loving the new MYOB Essentials experience. The newer MYOB Essentials platform is always being worked on by our product teams to ensure that we have new features and additional workflow enhancements in-product for clients. 

 

Clients on the older MYOB Essentials platform will be migrated across to the newer MYOB Essentials platform at some stage this year. As such, it's not possible to go back to the older Essentials platform.

 

If you need assistance with the new platform please don't hesitate to post on the Community forum as we are happy to help.

TH  - thanks - I was expecting this answer so no great surprise , is there any browser that you recommend over others as simple things like allocation etc is somewhat flaky , also we are using MAC not that that should make any difference apart from the browsers for that platform , thanks

Hi @ozsaint 

 

The newer MYOB Essentials is optimised for Google Chrome. Like most browser-based programs, Essentials caches information. Cached information can occasionally become damaged and result in unusual behaviour. Clearing a browser’s cache can correct this so we do recommend clearing the browser cache to see if that resolves your issues. You can also try in incognito mode to see if that makes any difference.

I've got the same problem. Its so complicated and not same as the older version
