issues with importing bank files

is anyone else having issues importing bank statements? i ahvent been aboe to do it since the upgrade - i work after hours and it is beyond frustarting I cannot get any assistance outside of 9-5

also having issues allocating bank transactions against MYOB transactions as they dont appear in 'match tranaction'- its like they dont exist - but they do.  payroll transaction for example.

anyone else having these troubles? the help files tell me what i already know and what I have been doing for years....

found the help for the payroll transaction issue.... at least some of it anyway.

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear you've had that experience. When you tried to import bank statements, did you receive any error message? If yes, kindly send a screenshot of the error. Make sure sensitive information is removed from screenshots before posting on the Forum.
