Solved: Go to Solution

I use MYOB Essentials on my Mac, all the reports used to open with Preview. Now trying to open "bills owing" report and it tries to use Adobe but comes up with "sorry the dots are just not joining up right now" No report opens.

However when I can generate a P&L report and export it to .pdf and it opens with Preview.

Anyone have a clue how to fix this please?

Hi @OGS

Thank you for your post. Our teams have seen this to when using Internet Explorer and MicrosoftEdge, if you're using one of these browsers please try using Google Chrome.

Also it is recommended to check for Adobe Acrobat Extension on Chrome and turn it off,

In the upper-right corner of the Chrome toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon (Smiley Happy and then choose More Tools > Extensions. Alternatively, you can type chrome://extensions/ in the Chrome address bar and press Enter.

To turn on the Adobe Acrobat extension, click the toggle button.

Do let me know how you go.
