2022.7 PLUS Back Up Jammed / Stuck

My accountright 2022.7 Online file is currently jammed in the 'Backing Up" status.
I backed up the night before and then closed down my computer for the night.

Came in this morning and the status is still reading "Backing Up" and there is no way that I can stop the back up and make it "active" again.

I have serached and it seems all chats say that someone in MYOB have to make it "active" behind the scenes.

Thanks for letting us know. 

 

I've just reset your file back to Active, so you should now be able to open the file as normal.
