This is very frustrating since no one can help me on your support line - the bank feeds are set up correctly, have been working fine but all of a sudden the bank feed is not coming in even though the program is showing nothig is wrong - we are on AccountRight 2018.3

I have heard that there is a current delay with ANZ Bank Feeds and we expect these feeds to appear in the next 2 hours.
If you're not with ANZ I could look into that specific account with the team here, if you send me a Private Message with:

This has been happening on only this file since 3 October 2018 when it lasted pulled in. It is with BankSA and the other company file using BankSA is fine.
Per my PM clearing the cache has not resolved the issue. Please can someone help me urgently resolve this problem.
