BusinessBasics V1.1:Unable to confirm company file

Hello

 

I run a small one person business and have been using this software since 2010. My accounting requirements are simple & this product meets my needs. I now find that I am unable to confirm my company file online or use the 24/7 IVR to complete this process.

 

Upon searching the forums I see that their are other people having the same issue but I can see no definitive solution.

 

Any suggestions?

You need to call 1300 555 123 and talk to support. I had this issue on Monday. MYOB in their wisdom have turned off automatic confirmations for all versions of old software so you have to call them and they can try and sell you on an upgrade to one of the current versions. So annoying!

I am a one man company with very simple accounting and no need for anything more than BusinessBasics. The IVR phone line is out of hours now so I can use it and I only use the software at weekends. Please also modify my account so I can confirm the company online rather than having to call in.

I tried again and it is still giving an error 'Unable to Perform Online Confirmation'. Can you please check?

Still unable to confirm online so I will speak to someone.


Called in for a code and that worked. Told online confirm not available now for BusinessBasics V1.1 and would have to call support in future.
