Can I merge 2 debtor accounts in MYOB EXO?

I have 2 debtor accounts, which are for the same company.  Both have transactions so I would like to merge them and keep all the history.  Is this possible?

Hi @RaeleneQPCS

This is not possible, there is no function in EXO to merge customers.

All the best

Carl

Hi @RaeleneQPCS & @CarlBrooks

MYOB Exo does have the ability to have Branch / Head Office accounts in Debtors. The may be something you could look at as a partial solution to what you want to do. (suggest search the online help file).

@Steve_Marriott thank you.  That would be a good work around.

Re: Can I merge 2 debtor accounts in MYOB EXO?

Hi @RaeleneQPCS ,

While @CarlBrooks  is right, this isn't a function out of the box, it's definitely a function your Exo Partner should be able to set up for you if needed.

(I've written a debtor merge function for several of my clients.  It's complicated, but doable.)
