Changing FEn in Superportal

Hi im trying to change FEN in Maintance but it won't allow me to change this meaning l can't send Hesta Payments how do l do this please?

Welcome to the Community Forum. We do hope you find it an excellent resource for all your AccountRight needs.

 

If you have uploaded a file with an incorrect FEN, what happens at that point is that the Super Portal 'remembers' the incorrect FEN and saves this information. Once this has been done, even if you go ahead and correct this information and create a new CSV file to upload, it will still be rejected as the Super Portal would simply use the incorrect 'saved' FEN.

 

In order to rectify this, I have sent you a private message requesting additional information regarding your account so that we can then clear the saved FEN field for you. Once done, you can change the employer number within your company file, create a new CSV super payment file, and upload that instead.
