My MYOB product is requesting a confirmation code. I usually do this with the online but this is not working and the 24hr telephone option is telling me that the I'm calling out of hours.

I am experiancing the same problem again.
I have tried to generate the code online, and the page says "Sucessfull" but no confirmation code is provided
Generally, when you encounter a message saying that confirmation was successfully it means that you have successfully confirmed that company file.
Also, with online confirmation, no code is generated from the user's perspective. The system sends the necessary information to us and our systems will return the confirmation code. This happens in the background so the user doesn't see the confirmation code.
