EXPORT ERROR LOG

 

Hi,

 

I have changed my export log to retail so that i can see the error; how do I fix it so that i can export successfully??

HI @maunderruth 

 

When importing a retail.txt file in AccountRight, if the retail.txt file contains one or more lines that are less than 10 cents and have a non-zero tax code against it then AccountRight can experience an error importing the file.

 

 To get around this you would either need to amend the retail.txt file in Notepad or a similar program to have zero tax codes on those lines. Alternatively the journal entry would need to be entered into AccountRight directly
