Emails not showing in sent email folder

I have noticed  that any invoices getting sent directly from MYOB aren't appearing in my sent emails.

I have confirmed that the box "send emails using accountright" is ticked

Customers seem to be receiving their invoices and statements, but I have no record of sending them.

We use Outlook.

Any suggestions??

Are you using POP3 or IMAP?

e use IMAP
