I'm currently using MYOB Premier Version 18, release 18.2.0 and Company File ID 11
A few days ago, we started to receive the error message for being unable to confirm the company file online. We have checked the internet and server and both are fully operational. Please can you assist to rectify this error? Thank you

Our systems have detected that you're posting from Malaysia, if you are using the Malaysian release of MYOB Premier you would need to contact ABSS Asia in regards to they would be the ones that have the Activation/Confirmation platform for your software.
